Conference for Ita Wegman’s 150th Birthday: The Courage to Heal
February 20–22, 2026 – Conference of the General Anthroposophical Section together with the Medical Section and the Section for Inclusive Social Development
The conference marking her 150th birthday on 22 February 2026 will honour Ita Wegman’s extensive life’s work in the field of the anthroposophical art of healing and supportive education, her service to countless people in need, her alert historical judgement and achievements in resistance, but also her social commitment to an Anthroposophical Society open to and connected with the world as well as to the Goetheanum as a School of Spiritual Science with a cosmopolitan orientation.
The conference will be held in German with English translation.
