Offered in partnership with the Medical Section.

Overview

This continuing education program will launch in October 2026 and run for 2.5 years. The program seeks to provide comprehensive further education for individuals who have completed their training in Anthroposophic medicine or therapy. The course will focus on therapeutic education and social therapy, integrating Anthroposophic principles with conventional medical practices to address the needs of individuals with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). Rooted in the teachings of Rudolf Steiner, Karl König, and the tradition of the Camphill movement, the initiative emphasizes human dignity, individuality, and collaborative care. The program is led by Dr Farah Hussain and Dr Gabriele Förster, who aim to support participants in deepening their expertise and applying it in diverse therapeutic and medical settings.
